Although pleased with `Operation Trojan Horse` the fact is getting the April 11th case transferred from Southend to The High Court has once again delayed the publication of The Cockney Rebel.
So I am torn between going `early` and adding a update - or for now turning my story into a reality-based novel.
The fact is if I dont get a result of my April 11th slander case at The High Court - I will then challenge the verdict at The Court of Appeal.
I`ve been told this could take 12 months. Plus I have 3 other cases currently progressing in Essex - two at Southend County Court and one in Basildon.
And lets not forget `the big one` slowly making its way through The European Courts Of Human Rights.
So do I publish COCKNEY REBEL with what I`ve got - and update it later - or turn my real-life reality soap opera into a novel?

Project Trojan Horse
Friday the 13th. Today I put into action another part of the `Trojan Horse` project - although sort of seperate to the proceedings of April 11th - it is linked.
For the first time I listened to the legal advice of others and visited a counsellor - and it was to be honest a `piece of cake`.
All I had to do was talk about myself - it was me, me, me for 90 minutes LOL. It was free of charge - paid for by the state and although I went for a laugh to `play the game` so to speak - I sort of enjoyed it - so much so that I`m going again in 2 weeks.
The woman was a University Graduate - but she wasnt some stuck-up snob or loonie leftie - she was a nice black lady with almost a Cockney accent.
She loved Punk Rock - had heard of me and read The Punk Poet - she had researched me on line.
It was brilliant and we got on like a `house on fire` even though she revealed she was a Spurs supporter.

Next Stop The High Court - (Again)
This Chapter like The Stone Roses info will now be added to Cockney Rebel.
April 11th - 7pm:
Just back from London reporting on and celebrating this morning`s massive Court victory at Southend.
I was granted permission to take my case to The High Court which means everything will now be out in the open and on-the-record.
The truth can now be told about Julie Taylor Johnson. In this Chapter I wont just quote directly from my Statement.
I will publish it `word for word`. No wonder my ex-wife who has read my Statement and seen the evidence was against a Hearing in The High Court.
Like me she knows the days of `cover-ups` behind closed doors are over. My claim for slander is not protected by or connected to Family Proceedings.
This time to use a football analogy its Premier League rather then Conference.
It is all about her false allegations to the police, CSA and Inland Revenue. The days of telling lies and spreading rumours are over.
I will tell how she LIED to the police in 2010 about me sending pornographic pictures of herself to the police.
As I say in my Statement - two police officers in front of my solocitor Ian Ashby - put naked porno pictures of Julie on a desk and asked "Do you recognise the women in the photos?".
I replied: "Of course I do I was married to her for 15 years".
One of the cops said: "Ms Johnson claims you sent them to her". I replied: "I admit I took the pictures of Julie but I did not send them to her"
Adding; "I took loads of porno pictures and filmed her for 12 years...but it was always with her consent.
I have never denied that we made porn films together...I have always admitted to writing the scripts...filming and directing all the porno movies she appeared in...but I never sent them pictures to her."
My statement will confirm that the police found me "not guilty" of sending the porno pictures and my solicitor at first suggested I sue the police for wrongful arrest - but after talking to the police I was advised to start Private Proceedings against my ex-wife.
I will print the letter sent to the court by my solicitors Nelson Guest.
The statement also reveals how my ex-wife made further `false allegations` to the CSA, Basildon Council and the Inland Revenue in both 2011 and 2012.
My evidence includes official documents that not only `cleared me` of every single false allegation - but because I had actually underclaimed various payments were back-dated in my favour.
No wonder my ex was not happy about a High Court Hearing - as the evidence against her is both compelling and damning.
I can only guess that it did not make enjoyable reading. The fact is the truth always comes out in the end.
My 16-page Statement and 19 exhibits of evidence have made sure of that.
The porno movies, the polaroid pictures, the revelations of Emma Murray, Nick Lightbown and Zoe Anderson can not be ignored.

"We can tell you that our involvement in this matter was to act on Mr Johnson`s behalf when he was arrested in relation to allegations made by his ex-wife...we can tell you that following a police investigation...the allegations were for want of a better way of putting it malicious on the part of her.
Mr Johnson has not been subject to any prosecution and it is quite clear that the matter was for want of a better expression, manipulated by her to reflect upon him but that he had in fact not done anything which could or should be regarded as being wrong"
As I stated in my evidence and repeat now - how can a woman sink so low - to handover pornographic pictures of herself to complete strangers - just to try and `stitch-up` a innocent man?
What drives such a person - where was her self-respect?
In 2011 and 2012 she lied to various national and local government departments that I had £30,000 in my account.
This allegation was investigated and once again I was cleared of all charges. The latest in a succession of "not guilty" verdicts.

The Stone Roses and Garry Johnson - My Place In Rock History
I am now so glad that I held back on the publication of Cockney Rebel as I can now update my involvement with rock legends THE STONE ROSES.
A new book by writer John Robb has just been published and not only do I feature I am also pictured with the band on page 253.
The favourite quote about me is on page 122:
"We stayed at his house, me and Ian - a couple of head cases on speed - he was a like-minded soul, he was a speed freak and he always wanted to be in a band - that was his whole thing, he`d put on The Small Faces` `Lazy Sunday Afternoon` and sing along to it"

A court order has just dropped through the letter box so I can now reveal why the publication of Cockney Rebel has been delayed since 15 December 2011.
I`ve been waiting for news that relates to the re-writing of the final chapter. I now have the required information.
The letter from the court confirms my Hearing will be at Southend County Court on 11 April 2012 at 10:am.
It also provides the following facts.
a) Civil hearings are open to the public
b) They are also open to the media as long as they have a press pass.
