He is sorry that it has taken some time to reply, but it was necessary to check our records and obtain the recording of the hearing. The judge has now listened to the recording. He can confirm that you appeared before him, in person, in the Administrative Court on 26th March 2009 in case number CO/295/2009. The local authority was, as you say, represented by Mr Mullins. He can also confirm that he refused the application Mr Mullins made for an order restricting publication of certain details of the proceedings. He can likewise confirm that he indicated, without any dissent from Mr Mullins, that because of Clayton v Clayton the prohibition in section 97 of the Children Act 1989 on naming children was no longer in force. The judge thinks that in the circumstances you should be supplied with an official transcript of the judgement he gave on 26th March 2009. He has directed that it should be prepared. I went back to The High Court ... and Lord Justice Thorpe decided I could see the `secret` documents... His Honour Judge Moloney ordered Essex County Council to handover the documents ... all official paperwork including Police documents ... that I quote throughout the book ... facts that confirm I was correct in accusing my ex-wife of covering up for self-confessed child abuser. Official documents that confirm Julie Johnson did star in pornographic films ... but also confirm ... in a police letter ... that I was `Not Guilty` of posting clips on the Internet. This is the letter I had been waiting 8 years for ... I`d won at The High Court ... I had obtained 3000 plus Legal , Police and Social Services documents from Essex County Council ... but this was the `Golden Nugget` ... it was `short and sweet` but confirmed that all my allegations were true ... and explained in a single sentence why I was right to `Fight For Justice`.
