It explains why my children were told to prepare for the worst and why I`m so grateful to still be alive.

DISCHARGE LETTER

Mr Johnson presented to Basildon Hospital with acute inferior myocardial infarction and was taken to CTC for PPCI. He developed papillary muscle rupture and underwent CABG x 3 and mitral valve replacement on 3/12/13. He had a VF arrest on 5/12/13 and returned to theatre for removal of clots and haemostasis.
He developed septicaemia and multi-organ failure and spent a month in ITU.

In February 2014 I was told the valve had a lifespan of five years ... so that gives me about three years to make records, write books and be reunited with my daughter.

The Discharge Letter is not only published to prove my honesty but to answer some of the women who contacted me via Mumsnet.

Mums and females of the species who were not happy with me revealing my ex-wife posed for x-rated pictures and starred in pornographic films.

They accused me of spite ... without knowing the facts ... just as the book reveals all about serial adultery, perverted pimp Richard Grimson and verbal child abuse ... it also tells how my former mother-in-law screamed at my sons in the street "I hope your Dad dies" ... as did my ex-wife.

My former father-in-law neo-nazi Tony Taylor a racist bigot to the right of Adolf Hitler was overheard in Wickford`s British Legion Club saying "The bastard is on a life support machine and I hope they turn it off".

Those are the reasons I wrote about what went on behind closed doors .. as I told the members of Mumsnet ...it had nothing to do with revenge porn ... I just wanted to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

These Mothers like others will only know the truth when they read the book. Then they will know that the Taylor family have been telling lies and slagging me off since 2005 ... that is why I had to write the book to put everything on-the-record.

The Taylor family hated me for marrying there beautiful daughter ... the love of my life ... it always puzzled me how such a vile couple of ugly creatures could produce such a drop-dead gorgeous daughter ...her mother looked like Les Dawson meets the cross-dresser in Mrs Brown Boys ...

For 15 years they were rude, offensive and did everything to break us up ... they did not like the fact that I was a easy going Liberal with a rock and roll/showbiz outlook on life .... who didnt and couldnt agree with their small-minded and bigoted view of the world.

That is why I had to write the book ... they have slagged me off since 1989 ... can you imagine the lies they will tell when I`m dead?

Dead men cant talk or defend themselves which is why I had to write the book. Its a fact ... its in the book ... if the taylors want to sue ... I say bring it on.

To prove what a Nazi bastard Tony Taylor is ... I state in the book that when his sister married a black bloke he disowned her and Julie was not allowed to see her mixed race cousins.

Tony Taylor stopped talking to his sister because she dared to marry a black guy ... that and a lot more facts and `family secrets` all appear in my book.
