Publicity Publicity Publicity - The Film Is Coming

War Criminal Blair had the mantra "Education , Education , Education " mine has always been "Publicity , Publicity, Publicity".

Back in the day the corrupt court ruled "No publicity Mr Johnson" and mocked when I decided to disagree.

Chronological Order:

1. The Court banned the publication of my book `Till Death Us Do Part.

2. The Court banned porn movies like `Saturday Night Specials`

3. The Court ordered me to handover all copies of pornographic films starring Julie Johnson

4. The Court banned me from naming child-abusing former pimp Richard Grimson in public.

5. The Court tried to hide the truth.

What did I do?

a) I just changed the title of `Till Death Us Do Part` to THE PUNK POET

b) I then went back to Court and got the banning Orders on `Till Death Us Do Part` and `Saturday Night Specials` and `Basildon Babe` revoked.

c) I pushed my luck and handed over a box of blank tapes as by nature I am a chancer and risk-taker.
They should have checked the content but luckily for me they didn`t.
Talk about a "own goal" lol.

d) I named Grimson as a verbal child abuser and former pimp in The Punk Poet. I also stated that between 1992-2004 that Julie Johnson starred in porn films.
To date neither of the `odd couple` have denied the facts or sued.

As for the threat of no publicity so far The Punk Poet blog has had 54,824 `hits` - I`m pretty sure that the upcoming film Trailer will reach even a bigger audience.

e) I went to The High Court and Lord Justice Munby lifted all reporting restrictions.

So for-the-record and avoidance of doubt.

So like I stated back in 2005/2006 "You will not silence the seeker of truth and justice"

Without being big-headed I think it`s fair to say "I kept my word".

The Cockney Bard - "The Eton Boys"

THE ETON BOYS

Eton Boys know how to dress,
           and which Princess to caress

With perfect manners and square jaws,
there`s no glass ceilings or closed doors

The silver spoon is made of gold
Their country houses are never cold

Eton Boys sing `God save the Queen`
They know every word and who to curse,
but have no words for the NHS nurse
Or the OAP in the co-op hearse

Our kids play on concrete, their kids play on grass
But we`ll never cross the road
                                or walk on past

The beggar in the doorway or the stray dog in the park
                 cos were all God`s creatures
                             with links to Noah`s Ark

Eton Boys in fancy dress control the press
                   and love to impress

Eat Eton Trifle in the officer`s mess

Think their superior to the human race
like exotic creatures from outta space

But Tory toffs don`t know the best
They aint no better than all the rest

The Cockney Bard - "Young Conservatives"

YOUNG CONSERVATIVES

Silver spoon and bottle fed
The Daily Mail is always read
By Young Conservatives born to win
Another world you`re living in
Just like your parents and theirs before
You and your children won`t go to war
The front line ain`t the place for you
You still believe your blood is blue

The British Empire sons and daughters
Who flirt with UKIP`s rich supporters
Share nightmares about Tony Blair us Corbynistas on News at Ten
Who want a world where men are men
Money talks and women listen
And missionary is their favourite position

You`re born to rule or so you say
Church of England all the way
The book that features Adam and Eve
These are the things that you believe
Young Conservatives dressed to thrill
In army clothes they shoot to kill

Love and respect for King and Queen
National Service at Seventeen
Mary Whitehouse morals too
A Barbara Cartland novel view
These are the things that you support
The working class they must be taught
How lucky they are to be free
To live in your democracy
With no free press or radio
Thousands homeless and millions on the dole

Just like the days before the war
The Tory party still stands for
Mass unemployment and poverty
A `them and us` society
With no tower block kids to tell the truth
Only the voice of Tory youth

The House of Lords, the den of vice
Vermin in ermine ain`t very nice
The wealth the power the land they hold
The red the white the Tory blue
The young Conservatives I hate you

THE COCKNEY BARD - (Extracts)

PUBLICITY BLITZ:

The Cockney Bard

Introduction:

When I was asked to put this compilation together, I hesitated. Some of the poems/lyrics are from decades ago and obviously the work of an angry young man obsessed with injustice.

But poetic anthems like `National Service` and `Young Conservatives` have not dated.

The new poems include subjects ranging from `Working Class Pride` to love, romance and pop culture.

...

An audio track by Garry Johnson, the heavily Cockneyed `Young Conservatives` which opened the night, could easily have been written the day after the General Election,

June 2015. The Morning Star Poetry Festival at The British Library.

FOREWORD

Garry Johnson and the Beat Of The Street

Britain is burning. The summer has seen riots break out across the country`s inner-cities.

There were many cultural voices that chartered the of this time. Punk, Reggae and Two-tone each, in there different but overlapping ways, provided means of social commentary.

The Specials, The Jam and Killing Joke captured the moods and the anxieties that simmered in the concrete jungle.

Among the most astute was Garry Johnson, whose poems provided first-hand accounts from London`s dead-end streets.

He told the truth about power. The false patriotism of self-serving elites was exposed in a Tory Party that stood "for mass unemployment and poverty, a them and us society".

Garry Johnson embodied the Punk spirit. Instinctively suspicious of authority in any form.

He always presented urban protest by saying "The white working class has got more in common with the black working class than they have with the rich white middle class"

Garry was all about working class kids having a laugh and having a say.

As it was, Garry - more even than many of the bands he supported or wrote about - personified one of Joe Strummer`s better insights: "The truth is only known by guttersnipes".

Garry Johnson`s poems were truly the beat of the street. At a time when words mattered, Garry`s snapshots of inner-city Britain now stand with the lyrics of Paul Weller as an essential record of the 1980s.

"I first clocked Garry Johnson`s poems on Punk albums. He`s as direct and truculent as the music on them.
Upbeat, confrontational and jab, jab, jab.
As Joe Hill said: `There`s power in a union, and there`s power in Garry`s poetry, better yet he knows where to plant the punches".

Tim Wells - Founding/Editor Rising Poetry Magazine.

F*** The Fascist Courts (And I Did)

The Fascist court at Chelmsford Essex illegally ruled:

1. No Publicity relating to my case.

2. Banned the book `Till Death Us Do Part`

3. Banned the adult movie `Saturday Night Specials`

4. Banned me from naming self-confessed child abuser Richard Grimson in public.

5. Banned me from revealing in public that Julie Johnson `starred` in pornographic films.

6. Banned me from writing my autobiography.

THE PUNK POET and seeker of Truth and Justice said "Bollocks you fascist bastards" and took on the corrupt legal system because he believed in Freedom of Speech.

In August 2013 at Chelmsford Court - Case Number CM14P00300 - Judge Newton revoked the `Gagging Order` on both `Till Death Us Do Part` and `Saturday Night Specials`.

He agreed with my 100 per cent factual argument - though to be honest he had no choice - that me writing my autobiography and not mentioning my book `Till Death Us Do Part` or porn movies like `Saturday Night Specials`, `Basildon Babe` or `Essex Escort` all starring Julie ... which I wrote, directed and filmed would be like Sir Geoff Hurst telling his life story without mentioning his World Cup hat-trick.

So I published my autobiography PUNK ROCK STORIES AND TABLOID TALES and album of the same name which included the classic track `Newton Brown` and autobiographical `Fathers Day`.

And in a few weeks a film trailer will be all over the Internet including YouTube and Facebook.

So much for `no publicity` lol.

The Film Trailer To Go Online (Official X-rated)

At long last my film will be online and all over the Internet from October.

I`m not the on-screen `star` but the script is down to me and it`s my voice you hear.

The trailer will only feature a glimpse of me ... I`m mostly behind the camera ... but will prove the film could not have been made without me.

My other film ... the story of my life based on my book Punk Rock Stories And Tabloid Tales is still in the early stages.

But the October film will be great publicity for everything from The Cockney Bard to The Punk Poet to Till Death Us Do Part to Punk Rock Stories And Tabloid Tales.
