The High Court of Justice - `Trojan Horse`

Just back home and what a welcome - as on the kitchen table is a pile of unopened mail - included with the red letter bills, medical letters is a number relating to `Operation Trojan Horse`.The content convinces me I was correct in holding back on the publication of The Punk Poet.

Letter 1:

A sealed document from the Court that states:

Garry Johnson - Claimant
Julie Taylor Johnson - Defendant

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. This being a claim for defamation. It shall be transferred immediately to High Court of Justice (Queen`s Bench Division) Royal Courts of Justice Strand London.

2. The High Court is requested to refer the file immediately on receipt to the Judge in charge of the Jury List

A Jury List - does that mean the case will be heard by 12 members of the Great British public?

I already knew the Hearing would be open to the public and the media but having a Jury would be like the icing on the cake.

As with the case of Ian Puddick I can now reveal everything in court about my divorce and the behaviour of my ex-wife and her perverted boyfriend Richard Grimson.

I will swear the oath and put everything on-the-record. I will rely on police evidence, legal documents and various official statements/reports/files that confirm grimson was a verbal sexual child abuser - as he admitted himself to the police.

I will also be able to tell the truth about Julie`s porn career as I now have tapes of my recorded police interviews.

I will be able to repeat the claims made in my 19-page statement that I handed to the Court and `the other side` in March 2012.

Plus the latest documents from the Inland Revenue, Child Benefit, CSA, Basildon Council Fraud Department confirming that I was "not guilty" of any of the false and malicious allegations made by the Defendant.

As this case is not connected to the Family Proceedings all those involved will be named in the reporting of the Hearing.

Letter 2:

I now have a date for my £100,000 claim against Essex County Council - it will be at Southend County Court on 31st July 2012 - as with the December 2011 Hearing it will be open to both the public and the media.
