Female Friends have advised I approach Mumsnet as they inform me that when I was wrongly jailed for wishing my Son a Happy 21st on Facebook...that rather then be attacked...as I was in various Female Forums for exposing the porn past of my ex-wife...but in there defence these `angry sisters` didnt know the true story of how she protected her perverted boyfriend - I was actually supported by fairminded members of the Mothers website...even a Social Worker made some nice comments. I am writing to update and answer some of the questions raised back then...YES as the social worker said the Gagging Orders should of expired when both boys became 18...NOT removing the Orders was illegal...a criminal act in itself. As proved by the fact that within days of being released from prison I was back in Court and with immediate effect all the illegal orders discharged - I could/can legally name both my sons...the fact is I was illegally sent to prison on two counts. 1. A Litigant Inperson can not be sent to prison without legal representation - that is the law set up by LORD Justice Munby. 2. They were NOT for life - no such order can be made - as the SW on Mumsnet said - the Orders should have expired when both boys were 18. AND to prove I was a victim of both a Miscarraige of Justice and false imprisonment - I was denied a written transcript or oral recording of the Hearing - which was nothing more then a Kangaroo Court. Two MPs and a national newspaper forced the Ministry of Justice to ADMIT that the Hearing was NOT recorded. I also had a published Feature in Thats Life magazine - but for those who have not seen it - here are the facts of my TRUE STORY. Both boys apart from a brief 6-8 weeks in 2008...have lived with me every day since June 2005 to the present day...they have NOT spent a single moment with the former Mrs Johnson...not a single day since she was caught naked and having sex with her perverted boyfriend in the lounge of Bridge Road Wickford in June 2005...they have NOT spoken to her since she allowed her boyfriend to carry out a 2 month campaign of violent threats and verbal sexual abuse. I was a single parent and admit couldnt have coped without the help of a Female army of mums who helped me on a daily basis. Fact: I have been attacked on various Female Forums for exposing my ex-wife as a former Porn star and pub stripper...but the TRUTH is it was not done out of spite - malice - or to cause any hurt to my wife of 15 years. I only exposed her porn past because she refused to condemn the perverted behaviour of her pimp/druggie boyfriend. To any doubters contact Basildon Police - Wickford Police - and they will confirm she refused to press charges after the boyfriend richard grimson of 40 Hyde Way Wickford ADMITTED to verbal sexual abuse. He got off with a caution about his sick behaviour because julie johnson refused to press charges against him...that is why I exposed her porn past. The FACT is in 2008 my ex-wife confessed to social worker Peter Brown that she did know what her boyfriend had said and done...that is why I OUTED her as a former porn star...this is now in the public domain and on the record because I obtained supporting evidence - legal and kosher documents by using The Freedom Of Information Act...I suggest those who still doubt make a similar request to Essex Police or Essex Social Services. In a perfect world I would NOT have have exposed her porn past - in a perfect world she would not have protected her perverted boyfriend - SHE WOULD HAVE PROTECTED HER CHILDREN - but sadly we did not live in a perfect world. To those who still have any doubts - read the letter I posted on Facebook, this Blog and on the Internet from my solicitors Nelson Guest - they confirm that I was the innocent victim and that my ex-wife was GUILTY of making false claims and malicious allegations. It states that it was JULIE JOHNSON who personally handed over porn pictures of herself to Basildon police and lied I had taken them and also put various clips of her porn films on the Internet - the police investigated and I was cleared me of all charges. There is a funny side to this incident - during the taped interview one of the cops spread out various pictures of Julie on the desk - she was apart from black stockings completely naked - he asked "Mr Johnson do you recognise the women in the pictures?" - I replied "Well yes...I was married to her for 15 years...but those pictures and the stuff on the Internet have nothing to do with me". As my solicitor said to the Police - and they agreed - "Ms Johnson was so desperate to fit me up and get me into trouble that not only was she prepared to pose for nude pictures...but to personally show them to Police Officers" - even funnier - outside Basildon Police Station my solicitor Ian - who knew Julie from meeting her at numerous parties, weddings, Christenings, said to me "I never thought I would see Julie naked"...i replied: "neither did I".
