The full report and all other files obtained from Essex County Council under the Freedom Of Information Act on the Order of The High Court will be published along with all legal and medical documents on 3rd October 2016. The documents are "dynamite" and not only contain official documents, but timed and dated minutes of meetings, transcripts of phone calls and ECC forms headed Detailed Record of Client - so now we know who said what and when.
