I took on this gestapo/KGB institution and won. 1. Chelmsford County Court claimed I could not speak in public about my divorce or expose my ex-wife as an adulterer - I disagreed and so did Judge Elizabeth Roscoe who ruled at The High Court that it was legal to put all the facts concerning a divorce into the public domain. 2. Chelmsford County Court claimed I could not name my children in public - I disagreed and so did LORD JUSTICE MUNBY at The Court Of Appeal in London - Sir James gave me permission to go public. 3. Chelmsford County Court claimed I could not see all the documents relating to my case - I disagreed and so did Lord Justice Thorpe at The High Court in London. But such is my character/personality like Oliver Twist "I wanted more". I wanted to legally write and broadcast the fact that my ex-wife julie johnson starred in porn movies and protected her child-abusing boyfriend. Chelmsford County Court ruled I could not report the facts - of course as a lifelong seeker of truth and justice I disagreed and eventually - and this will make you laugh so did judge newton. Newton was the judge who originally banned my book TILL DEATH US DO PART and then said I couldn`t reveal the fact that julie starred in pornographic films like SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIALS - I disagreed and went back to court. I applied for variation and discharge of previous orders and I WON. I can now legally promote my book TILL DEATH US DO PART and the fact that between the period 1992-2004 julie johnson posed for x-rated photographs and starred in pornographic films - written, filmed and directed by yours truly. I took on and beat Chelmsford County Court because I believe in the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The world had a right to know that julie johnson starred in Adult Films. The public had a right to read TILL DEATH US DO PART because it confirmed that her perverted boyfriend violently threatened and verbally sexually abused her children. I did not expose her porn past out of spite - I did it because she refused to defend her children. There is no greater crime then a parent walking out on her children. The crime is compounded when that parent sides with a former pimp and borderline paedophile against her own flesh and blood. Chelmsford County Court and julie johnson wanted the details of the divorce kept secret and hidden behind closed doors - I disagreed and so did the proper Judges in London. The High Court in London is the home of British justice whereas Chelmsford County Court is a corrupt combination of a Kangaroo Court and a Soviet show trial. I now have the moral right and legal permission...the Court Orders that state I can legally reveal all the details of the dodgy Divorce Judgements - publish all the facts and name the guilty parties.
