As people who know me will confirm I am both implulsive and lack patience so waiting to publish Cockney Rebel has been a nightmare - but as it happens all the frustration has been worth it.
I can now include everything that occured in December 2011 and add what happens in April 2012.

A court order has just dropped through the letter box so I can now reveal why the publication of Cockney Rebel has been delayed since 15 December 2011.
I`ve been waiting for news that relates to the re-writing of the final chapter. I now have the required information.
The letter from the court confirms my Hearing will be at Southend County Court on 11 April 2012 at 10:am.
It also provides the following facts.
a) Civil hearings are open to the public
b) They are also open to the media as long as they have a press pass.
