New Year Message

I have now finished my official autobiography. It was going to be called `The Addictive Personality` because that is what I was born with (Fast drugs, David Bowie, Julie, The Kray Twins, George Best) they are my lifelong pleasures and addictions - but I`ve chosen `Cockney Rebel` because that is what I am.

This time after various false starts and legal interventions I have taken my time to do everything by the letter of the law.

I even obtained written permission from the Judge who previously tried to silence me.

I have also for the first time in my life listened to advice and been both self-critical and disciplined.

I have not written any extracts on Facebook or mentioned a word to anyone not involved in the project.

It was hard but worth it as `Cockney Rebel` will now be published legally and without any fear of prosecution.

All is revealed about what occured between 1990-2005 as I pointed out to the judge "I cant write an accurate account of my life without writing about my 15-year marrige".

I explained that a ban would be a bit like Geoff Hurst writing his autobiography and not mentioning his World Cup hat-trick.

I also pointed out that as a former punk rock singer and published author with a large fan base that I was a public figure.

The Judge said I could publish my life story as long as I didnt mention a certain novel or porn movie.
I agreed to this compromise.

I now have the letter framed and hanging on my wall.

Only two people get `both barrels` and are really `slaughtered` - them being my late dad and Julie`s boyfriend Richard Grimson.

As there aint no solicitors in Hell my dad cant sue - but Grimson can - if he wants to deny being a former pimp and a child abuser with a 15-year history of intimidating, threatening and bullying women & children then take me to court.

Many times I`ve dared Grimson to report me to the police for libel as I`d love nothing more then to expose the perverted bastard in open court.

Cockney Rebel also gives me the chance to clear up any confusion or misunderstandings that appeared in The Punk Poet.

The fact is some of the anecdotes in that book did not come directly from me. I was just the messenger.

a) It was not me who alleged that Julie worked as a pub stripper in 1988. It was Julie herself who made this claim.
At the time we were filming Dirty Dancing in which she performed various sexy dances dressed as a policewoman and St Trinians schoolgirl.
When I complimented her performance she said "I`ve done it before" adding "I worked as a pub stripper to buy a new car".

Therapy And Me

Just had a bizarre conversation with a therapist, she was blonde, about 30 and a size 10 - but I wont be going back.

Talk about weird ideas she told me part of my brain is `frozen in time`. Let me explain.
She said that when a person has a traumatic and life-changing experience part of their memory goes into "lock down".

According to this so-called expert the reason I cant bring myself to `hate` my ex-wife is because part of my mind will always think of her as the julie I knew and loved pre-June 2005.

She claimed `life-changing events` can stop a person moving on. I didnt like to say anything rude because she was so good-looking but I was thinking "what a load of bollocks".

Example:
If this was a genuine medical condition then how come part of my brain/memory isnt stuck in my unhappy childhood? The period that genuinely ruined my life.

I was 12 when my dad walked out on me and 13 when I went into care - so how come I didnt `freeze` then?.

Those were life-changing situations but they didnt affect me and my brain didnt go into lockdown.

I dont still think or act like a teenage tearaway. I aint got the same beliefs, dont listen to the same music or wear the same clothes from that period of my life?

I aint saying this therapist is a 100% charlatan as some of the things I can relate to.

Example:

At times I do still think of Sam and Adam as being 12 and 10 as they were in 2005. And I do `fuss` and wait on them hand and foot.
They take the `mick` out of me because I`m always asking "you OK?" and "do you want anything".

Both say "Dad were not kids anymore" and they `send me up` because I still cut there chicken into pieces or wait up for them till 3am.

So maybe she has got a slight point - but not convinced - because I`m sure I`d still be the same doting dad/worrier even if June 2005 had never happened.

And both boys like me spoiling them when it suits.
Adam still likes me to run his bath and make him fruit salads while at weekends Sam loves a bacon sarnie and a paper in bed.

But the truth is its "no more therapy for me" - the woman looked a lot like the sexy blonde from the sit-com Not Going Out - so she was hot - and she knew it - I could tell by the way she kept flicking her hair - but even that aint enough for me to want `seconds`...

The postman has just delivered a letter from The High Court which states:
"An application by the Local Authority for an Order restricting publication of details has been refused and because of Clayton v Clayton the prohibition of naming the children is no longer in force"

That is why I can tell world my story and why no corrupt system will ever "put out the fire in my belly".

I have just obtained new evidence that includes timed and dated legal letters and emails. The email from top journalist Garry Bushell is 100% kosher and has been seen by the police who can confirm it appears on the hard drive of my computer. (as GB forwarded it to my email address in July 2006)

It is 100% authentic.

Julie contacted Garry using the email address joycetaylor6@aol.com because she`d heard about them meeting Underworld celeb Dave Courtney and Punk legends The Cockney Rejects.

It is dated 26th July 2006 and it states:

Hi Julie,

I understand that, disturbingly, both the boys have been threatened on several occassions by a 6ft 4 adult, a bald-headed over-weight man called Richard Grimson who they describe as "looking like Fred Elliott."

I knew it had happened before, but didnt realise it was still going on. Sam rang me in early February this year, he was clearly upset after receiving a phone call of a sexual nature from the same man.
Sam told me that the caller had said words to effect of "I am the man who is f***ing your mum. Do you want to see the pictures? The Little Princess takes them"
On this occassion he added "I`m coming round the house to beat you up."

Charming.

Sam was genuinely unsettled by the incident. I could tell by the tone of his voice that he was distressed. Tania was shocked.

Sam has had 38 similar phone calls, Adam has had one. All this has been reported to the police, and the perpetrator has been cautioned by them. As well as the phone intimidation, he has also been to the house shouting threats and loitering, causing the boys more distress.

I`m surprised that you aren`t aware of this.

I`ve looked in to the other things in your email. Sam is auditioning for a role in a film about the Cockney Rejects. It`s a drama not a documentary and so he`ll be mixing with actors if he gets the part, not thugs.

The boys may also be going to a recording studio when Garry`s new song is recorded, but that is the extent of their involvement.

I`ve spoken to Mickey and Dave Courtney, they haven`t seen Garry since before Christmas.

Dear Ms Quarterman

My name is Garry Bushell. I am a television critic, broadcaster and author. I am also a close friend of your client Garry Bushell, whom I have known well since 1981.

Garry informs me that it has been suggested in a legal document that I "used my connections" to have his novel, THE GANGSTER OF SLANG published.

This is completely untrue. I did not see this book until after it was published (Had I been involved with it, I would have made sure that the many grammatical errors in the manuscript were corrected before publication).

I am mentioned in the book`s acknowledgments, but only because I have provided a sympathetic ear over the last eighteen months, as any friend would.

I have known Garry`s former wife Julie for about eighteen years too. I was the best man at their wedding and I am Sam`s godfather. Having been through a messy divorce myself I have tried not to take sides, but it is hard to avoid the conclusion that Garry has had a very raw deal in all of this.

I spoke to Sam last February just moments after he had been threatened with violence and verbally sexually abused by a man whom he identified as Richard Grimson, his mother`s lover.
Sam was extremely distressed by this incident, as was Garry.

Some months later, I was contacted by Julie via my work email. I then informed her of the incident. That has been my only direct involvement.

As to the literary merits of the book, that is of course a subjective judgement but I think it conveys the intense feelings of distress, hurt and anger that many unpleasant divorces leave in their wake.
I understand that a number of people prominently involved in film and TV production have expressed an interest in developing the novel as a screen play. I`m sure that Garry can provide you with their details.

If need be I would be happy to sign an affidavit or to testify on oath to confirm the conversation that I had with Sam.

We further confirm that our client has instructed us that if there is a repetition of your behaviour then we will be instructed to apply for funding to pursue an Order under the Protection from Harrassment Act 1997, without further notice. We hope such steps will not be necessary and you will provide appropriate assurances that no further comments or gestures will be made to our client, his children or third parties regarding his mental health.

And now as I am on sickness benefit and entitled to free Legal Aid I will be taking legal action against my ex-wife, her parents and friends (like prevost, wellings and wiggins) who continue to smear my character.

This will have to wait a few weeks as I am currently using my Legal Certificate funding to fight next months case in The High Court.

A Psychiatric Report by Dr Llewellyn Jones

"Mr Johnson arrived wearing a pale checked suit over a black shirt. These, and his sun-glasses and ready smile gave him a rather eccentric appearance.
He spoke with a marked cockney accent and had a manner that was self assured to the point of being expansive.
His mood was mildly elated, and he seemed completely resilient to the criticism he was facing about his behavior...

He repeated that he thought he had nothing to hide and was prepared to have any assessment necessary to prove there was nothing abnormal about his thought processes...

I have been asked specifically whether he has any signs of mental illness. Mr Johnson had a confident interpersonal style, a mood that was buoyant, almost to the point of elation, was talkative, and he generally had an exuberant and `larger than life` quality.
Given his current unhappy and difficult circumstances, needing to cope with a protracted court case, having not resolved the longstanding disputes still left from the seperation from his wife, and facing significant criticisms about his parenting, I thought this was abnormal. This left me wondering whether he was in a state of manic defence (by which I mean in an authentically elated mood state, defending against the misery and criticism he is currently facing).
This in itself is NOT a mental illness, but an unusual way of dealing with stress. I thought this stance extended to his unusually forgiving attitude towards his parents, who abandoned him at the age of 12"

Re: Garry Johnson

I saw Mr Johnson in my outpatient clinic this morning for a review. He contacted me out of the blue about a fortnight ago, and the upshot was that I arranged to see him today in clinic.
Although it is two years since I saw him, I remember Mr Johnson well. I enclose copies of my letters dated the 7 March 2007 and 12 June 2007, which give as much of the background as is available to me.

When I saw him this morning, Mr Johnson came across very much as I remember him. He said that he has had some physical health scares over the last couple of years. He has been in Basildon Hospital with apparent cardiac problems.

In his mental state, Mr Johnson presented very much as he did a couple of years ago. He is still quite over-talkative and intense about everything, but he is not obviously unwell but it appears that Social Services are concerned about his mental health.

After spending nearly an hour with Mr Johnson, my view that there is no evidence of mental illness became strengthened.
I found it difficult to quite understand why everyone is so concerned about his mental health, but it is possibly the case that he comes across as being a somewhat `larger than life` character and his passion and enthusiasm sometimes gets mistaken for mental illness.

I continue to be reluctant to place any mental health label on Mr Johnson.

Reason for referral. Request was made from Basildon Police Station for assessment on Mr Johnson, who was arrested at his home. It was disclosed that Mr Johnson had written a book (published in December 2006) which he stated was a novel, with it`s content being a story which detailed his own marriage break-up and in which the author has his wife`s new partner tortured and killed.
There were concerns from Mr Johnson`s ex-wife that he would carry out the acts that he described in his book and she reported that he was harrassing her with messages and threats and that he had also made threats towards her partner.

Conclusion:
Agree to close case as Mr Johnson has no Mental Health Problems

We understand the basis of this are allegations made by his ex-wife about various matters relating to Mr Johnson and things that he is supposed to have done. We can tell you that our involvement in this matter is to act on his behalf when he was arrested in relation to allegations made by his ex-wife that he had posted on the internet various false and damaging assertions about her. We can tell you that following police investigation this was found not to be the case and that the allegations were for want of a better way of putting it malicious on the part of her. He has not been subject to any prosecution and it is quite clear that the matter was for want of a better expression, manipulated by her to reflect upon him but that he had in fact not done anything which could be or should be regarded as wrong. We trust this information may be of assistance to you and if necessary, we can probably provide you with further information from our police station file if it were to be necessary.

Wronged Parents Need The Oxygen Of Publicity

We hear the tragic details of children left in danger. But we must not silence the families of those removed unjustly.
Of these things done in our name, we know almost nothing.

When we do find out, it is often too late. On Tuesday I went to the Court Of Appeal to observe a strange case in which two teenage boys are protesting that the State is punishing them by keeping them in care.

The council apparaently became concerned that the boys had refused to see their mother after she left the family home. A judge decided that their father was poisoning the boys` minds, encouraged by a psychiatrist who, it was said in court, had exceeded there remit. They were taken into care. The boys have since run away from two foster homes, repeatedly stating that they want to live with dad, not mum. The system has deprived them of both.

The mute expression of disbelief and fury on the face of the older son on Tuesday, when the judges dismissed the appeal, was eloquent. By that stage, my feelings mirrored his.
This was the first time any of the evidence had been made public, because only now has it gone to appeal.

They Tried To Break Me

Who are my enemies and the cowardly bastards who tried to destroy me with their blatant lies? Top of the list is of course julie taylor johnson and I`ll return to her later. Next are her `partners in crime` the taylor family and Sally Griffin (formerly Prevost) who plotted against me for 15 years.

My ex-wife I discovered after we married was a former pub stripper with a history of dating married men and like her BNP supporting father had a `problem` with black people.
Coming as I did from a showbiz background where I mixed with people from all races I found it this extremely difficult to deal with.

I dealt with having a racist father-in-law by having as little contact with him as possible. Not once in 15 years did we go to the pub or socialise.

His hatred of black people was vile but he feelings towards Jewish people was evil. He praised Hitler and when drunk would say "if it was up to me I`d have every Jew in Golders Green rounded up and put in concentration camps".

I found this offensive on both a moral and personal level as unbeknown to him I`d had Jewish girlfriends and almost had a half-Jewish child.

This piece of scum hated me from day one and in fact the first time Julie took me home he sneered "at least he aint black".

I knew at that moment that we would never get on.

Over the years I tried to understand his hatred of black people. There were many clues but I dont think I ever discovered the real reason.

I did discover that around 30 years ago his sister married a black bloke and that he disowned her.

I also found out from Julie that throughout her teenage years she was `hassled` and `pestered` by black boys because she was blonde and the best-looking girl at school.
She went to McEntee a inner city school in Walthamstow and told me how the black boys all fancied her and would never leave her alone.

Julie claims she was forced to slow dance with black boys at school discos because she was scared of being beaten-up.

She also claimed she was always being touched on the school bus home and that she was once seperated from her friends at Wanstead Fair and molested by a gang of black boys.

Maybe this explains - but in no way condones the nazi views of her Father. She told me that once when a black boy knocked at her front door that her dad went "mad".

And if all the above is true what has this got to do with Jewish people or Gays? I mention homosexuals because Mr Tony Taylor hated what he called "Fucking queers" and believed they should all be put up against a wall and shot.

I have always been a `live and let live liberal` so these ravings of a nazi nutter meant we were never close.

Another person who hated me marrying Julie was her best friend Sally Griffin (Prevost) who tried to split us up from day one.

The ginger slag waited 15 years to get revenge for me marrying her best mate. She did it by giving Julie alibis so she could cheat with her pervert boyfriend richard grimson.
For six months Prevost/Griffin lied that Julie was with her in Braintree when she was really having sex sessions with the perverted former pimp.

Ginger Griffin along with Mr & Mrs Taylor played a major role in my children losing their family - a role that my children are aware of.

Before I met my ex-wife I was colour blind when it came to race. My best friend at school was black and I`d also had black and Jewish girlfriends.

I still remember a incident just after I`d met Julie. We were walking through Walthamstow Market and I spotted an old friend called Patsy Johnson.

She was Head Of Press at Arista Records and looked after people like Meatloaf and Whitney Houston - who she introduced me to in around 1985/86.

I shouted out "Patsy" and I remember we kissed and cuddled in the middle of the Market.

We had a chat about old times and throughout Julie said nothing - after we said "Goodbye" Julie went into one. She called me all the names under the sun - and wouldnt talk to me for hours.

Have you guessed Patsy was black - she looked like Diane out of Eastenders but with lovely long dreadlocks.

I couldn`t get my head around Julie`s racist reaction - I should of split with her then - but because she was so good-looking and I fancied her like mad I decided to overlook this outburst.

I hoped it would be a one-off. But sadly it wasn`t - as about a month later we were in a shop in Southend - I think it was either River Island or Topshop - and I bumped into my old mate Vere - who like Patsy was black and had dreadlocks like Bob Marley.

Again Julie could only just about bring herself to say "Hello" to him and when we said "Goodbye" she again let rip at me with a torrent of abuse and spent the rest of the day sulking.

I should of ended our relationship there & then but I was in love - and hoped it wouldnt happen again.

But the truth is despite these 2 outbursts I didnt/dont consider Julie to be a racist - she certainly isnt a nazi like her parents.

Julie like me really`loved` black music so it just added to my confusion about Julie and black people.

I remember meeting a black bloke who was going out with one of her friends - and to be honest I didnt like him - but it werent because he was black it was because he was a copper.

His name I think was Denzil - from memory he looked a bit like the Only Fools And Horses character - but he was thicker then Trigger.

I think Julie said he used to be a bus driver but got the sack because he kept forgetting the route and then failed the test to be a tube train driver - but would you believe passed the entry exam to join the police.

That says it all about the police dont it?

Whereas I dont think Julie was influenced by her father to be a Nazi - she was influenced by his hatred of gay people.

Julie was a massive Wham fan - loved George Michael - but when he came out the closest she hated him.

She refused to come with me to see David Bowie - even though he was my hero - because her dad had brought her up to believe he was to quote Mr Taylor "a poof".

Hunger Strike Update

Yesterday I found out my Hearing is next week so last night I had chicken soup, Rice Pudding and 2 yogurts but I`m not `down` or feeling "guilty" as I will resume my `Hunger Strike` at Mid-day.
I am very proud that I kept my word and lasted 12 days - but I want to be in a `critical condition` after the Hearing and not before.
Collapsing in the street or dying in my own bed will not lead to a high-profile inquest or Public Inquiry.
The `name of the game` is publicity for my cause and to make the world aware that I suffered a grave `miscarraige of justice` and was illegally seperated from my daughter.
I am mentally prepared for the wires and tubes being attached to my body but after and not before `the last hurrah`.
To be honest 12 days without food was pretty easy. First I shrunk my stomach by starting with milkshakes and fought the fatigue with Red Bull and Lucozade - but after 3 days nothing but tea, coffee, Cranberry Juice and the odd hot cup of marmite passed my lips.
I currently have a sore throat, dry lips, mouth ulcers and aching limbs but mentally I feel fine. I was apart from a few hours on day 3 and 5 alert and full of energy throughout.
It was a combination of `mind over matter`, adrenaline and knowing I had `right on my side` that got me through.

The Final Countdown

I`m running on empty but full of energy.

I have not eaten since April 24th - no food but I`ve been on the move all week - visiting London and Southend on a daily basis.

All I`ve had is liquid, liquid and more liquid.
The first 2 days I had Red Bull, Orange Lucozade, tea and McDonald`s Strawberry Milkshakes to line my stomach and fight off the hunger pains - then I `dropped` the shakes and added Ribena and Orange juice but from today no more luxury liquids.

It will just be sweet tea and black coffee. And it should be easy as all weekend I aint got to cook Bacon Sarnies or various pastas.

My youngest  is on a Football Tour of Eire and the big boy is staying at a girlfriends house so `fasting` should be a `walk in the park`.

And apart from the `terrible pains` in my kidneys I feel fine - to be honest it has even reduced the pain in my liver.

But it has `highlighted` my emotions.

Yesterday I saw Adam off at the airport and when he hugged me in front of everyone outside the Department Lounge - I almost went to pieces as I said "Love you have a great time" and when he replied "I will, love you Dad"

I could feel a lump in my throat.

And hours later I got a bit `upset` saying "goodbye" to Sam and he was only going to a party in Basildon LOL.

But we still gave each other a hug with Sam saying "Top man".

Both incidents brought home to me the serious implications of my `Hunger Strike` if it goes to the wire - which it will do - coz I wont give up - will I get a chance to say a final "goodbye" to Sam and Adam?

I know from the previous chapter that they will support my action because as I said I dont want them to see me `sick` or for me to become a burden on them.
They will appreciate me `going out in a blaise of publicity` with a media reported inquest and hopefully a Public Inquiry.

My `Hunger Strike` will mean that the General Public and my sons will have to know the truth as to why I was illegally & cruelly stopped from seeing my daughter.

The British public, the media and Sam and Adam will want to know why a "innocent man" was hounded to death by his ex-wife, a judge and Social Services.
I can sort of `happily" go to my grave as long my children NEVER forgive and NEVER forget that I was MURDERED by JULIE TAYLOR JOHNSON...the former porn star...and girlfriend of perverted pimp richard grimson.


As the MP told my sons "They all want your dad dead".

Solicitor Alan Foskett has already gone-on-record telling The Times newspaper:
"This case is the worst I have come across in 30 years and for the first time in my life I am ashamed to be part of the Legal system"
Adding;
"Mr Johnson was shafted"
And his view of the same judge hearing the Care Proceedings and my Divorce:

"I certainly think it was poor practise in terms of applying the old adage `justice should not only be done but seem to be done` and unwise"

And when I reported this matter to the OJC they dismissed my complaint - not because I had no reasons to complain - but because I had no documents to prove my claim that the same judge had heard both the Care Proceedings and my Divorce.

They were of the opinion that cases are handed out to who-ever is available and that its basically the "luck of the draw" - but I was right and they were wrong - as I have now obtained a legal document that proves 100% that it was not a case of `who was free on the day`.

I have a timed and  dated document (15th April 2008) which reveals that the solicitors acting for my ex-wife personally asked for the same judge to hear my Divorce.

And they made the request ex-parte.

A copy of the document was this week sent to the OJC and my MP.

As has a copy of a legal medical document I obtained under the Freedom Of Information Act from January 2006 which states "Mr Johnson has no mental health problems and is not mentally ill".

It is signed by a Essex Social Services Manager.

I want an inquiry into why this document was kept from me until May 2010.

And also an investigation into why a civil case I brought (on both police and legal advice) against my ex-wife for making "false allegations" and harrassment has been transferred from my local court to Chelmsford.

I started proceedings at Basildon in December 2010 and still dont have a date for the Hearing.

This information has also been forwarded to the OJC and my MP.

Martydom. I can almost taste it. Last Thursday I went to court and was once again the `innocent victim` of `corruption`.
As always I was `persecuted` by a pincer movement involving my ex-wife, Social Services and the judge.
They once again lied and lied, conspired to stop me seeing my daughter. I was wrongly accused of contempt as all reporting restrictions related to my case were lifted by Lord Justice Munby at The High Court.

And as part of their campaign to stop me seeing my daughter they falsely accused me of writing a feature in The Sun which if they`d bothered to look carried the bye-line of campaigning journalist Jane Moore.
One of the many people featured in the 2-page article was called "Harry" which unbeknown to me is apparently my alias!
There was of course no hard evidence to prove I was `Harry` just the slanderous smear of jtj who provided the court with a edited clipping of the article.

It was a `kangaroo court` and like something out of `Nazi Germany` or pre-Mandella South Africa.
They want me `silenced` because I dared to expose how they all conspired to cover-up the fact that my children were violently threatened and verbally sexually abused by richard grimson.
The perverted pimp and boyfriend of my ex-wife.
They also ignored the fact that every word I have ever written or spoken aint just been the `gospel truth`.
It was also verbally repeated on oath and every word appeared in my written statement to The High Court in 2009.

I would of revealed this earlier but Friday was taken up with medical stuff, Saturday and Sunday football and yesterday organising a trip to Ireland. (all paid for by Social Services LOL).

My medical condition allows me to be a martyr. I have a illness so why wait for `nature to take its course` why not go out with a `bang` in a blaze of publicity?
From a very young age I always wanted to be famous. First a footballer, a gangster, and then a punk rock singer.
Now I can be the first `reality TV star` to die on `hunger strike`.

A week before my next court appearance I will start a `Hunger Strike` as every death in police custody/prison is always reported by the media.
They will want to know how and why I died.

There also has to be a inquest, so my death, my story, my miscarraige of justice will not be `swept under the carpet`.

This is no empty threat - because if I dont go through with it - I will lose `face` and my credibility.
My decision is now on-the-record.

In death I obviously wont be breathing but it will give me the oxygen of publicity. It might even lead to a full Public Inquiry.

The British people will want to know why a `devoted dad` has been stopped from seeing his daughter since November 2007.
A question PRINCESS will also ask when she is older.

She like the great British public will want to know why a Father who commited no crime and was accused of no crime was denied access to his daughter.

Why was a dad `persucuted and punished` for daring to speak out when his children were `violently threatened` and `verbally sexually abused` by a former pimp with a 15-year history of bullying women and children?

And why was borderline paedophile richard grimson protected by the mother and his lover julie taylor johnson?

There are many more questions for a inquest to ask.

Why were social services and my ex-wife allowed to claim I was `mad` or "mentally ill"?

And why were they allowed to get away with it?

A inquest will demand answers

The fact is the courts cant punish a dead person. They cant put a corpse in the dock.
I dont want to die - who does?

So let me explain my position.

My children know I am not well and see my physical pain on a daily basis. I have a iffy heart, dodgy liver and stomach ulcers.
They know my medical condition is the fault of their former mother, social services and the judge.

My sons know I went to prison for daring to name richard grimson, the perverted pimp and boyfriend of their ex-mum.

I told the world that this piece of `vermin` violently threatened and verbally sexually abused my children with the knowledge of social services and my ex-wife.

And for that I lost my freedom and my health.

But the fact is I know my sons will support my desicion to take my fight to the grave.

As the MP told my sons "They want your dad dead" adding "with him dead they dont have a problem".
Well he was right about them wanting me dead - but wrong about that being the end of their problem.

I will still be seeking the truth from beyond the grave. I have left legal letters, timed and dated documents that my sons will give to the media.

And before anyone accuses me of being `mentally ill` for planning a hunger strike - let me just say Ghandi, The Suffragettes and Bobby Sands.

All were hunger strikers, some lived some died - but they all fought for and in one way or another got justice.

I aint a hero - but I`m not well as three stays in Basildon Hospital with `heart problems` prove and next weeks scan will confirm.

The honest fact is I dont want to be a invalid and have to rely on my kids to look after me. I dont want to be a burden to anyone. I want to be a dead hero rather then a live coward.

I love my children to bits - but I know they feel I let them down because I didnt `do` grimson in 2005.
They have said to me "Dad you should of done him" and in a way they were right - I did let them down.

I explained the teenage me would of - as would the 25-year-old Garry Johnson. But I explained that is what your mother and her family wanted me to do - with me banged up for life they would of taken you from me.

They would of poisoned you against me and brainwashed you.
And I told them how a genuine Cockney hardman said to me "Gal, do you really want to spend 20 years locked up for a few minutes of pleasure?"

So I feel that by going on Hunger Strike I will be a true hero to my children. I want my headstone to say "Garry Johnson gave his life for his children".
What better tribute could a dad have?

I have contacted the media and a film company telling them of my decision so that everything is on-the-record.
I wanted to play for West Ham or appear on Top Of The Pops, that didnt happen, but this way I`ll get on SKY News and my name will live on forever.

I will from beyond the grave expose the corrupt Family Courts, Social Services and Cafcass and reveal how they all conspired with the help of my ex-wife to protect borderline pardophile richard grimson.
A former pimp who boasted of sex sessions with my 5-year-old daughter and ex-wife. A sick scumbag who carried out a campaign of terror against my children.

I am sure a inquest/public inquiry will want to know why the Family Court and Social Services protected such a beast.

And the timed and dated documents and legal letters my sons will hand to the media will confirm I was telling the truth and that there was a cover-up.

The police can confirm they cautioned grimson and spoke to him 3 times about his sick behaviour, the documents confirm my ex-wife covered-up for him.
And his sick behaviour is on-the-record in various `secret` Social Services and Cafcass documents.

So why was nothing done to protect my children?
I discovered from a relative of the pervert (Emma M from Ipswich) that he had a 15-year history of abusing and terrorising women and children).
That fact and everything else will come out at the Inquest. One way or another it will be in the public domain that richard grimson formerly of 40 Hyde Way Wickford and now of Wisbech did violently threaten and verbally sexually abuse my children.

And that jtj `covered-up` for him and refused to report his vile behaviour to the police.

My eldest is 19 tomorrow and youngest will be 17 in November so both will be old enough for legal Lie Detector Tests.

I am so confident that I will stick 100% to my hunger strike that in recent days I have done and spoken to my sons about `soppy sentimental` things.

Today (Thursday April 21st) it was a boiling hot day so I went to Southend and stood on the very spot where my first born walked for the first time on his own.
It was `very emotional` as was having a drink in the seafront pub where in 1989 I realised I was falling in love with my ex-wife.
And from memory she bought me a Rod Stewart Greatest Hits Video.

Next week after my scan in Billericay I plan to visit Lake Meadows where my youngest son walked for the first time - it was on the grass next to the swimming pool.
And then Pitsea Zoo where my daughter walked on her own for the first time.

I`ve also been talking to my oldest son about marriage - his not mine LOL.

I said "I cant wait for you to settle down and have kids"
Him: "Why?"
adding "What sort of dad do you think I`d make?"

I reply "brilliant" adding "Because of all you`ve been through you`ll be a great dad"

I dont say much more in case I let slip that I worry about not being around to see my grandkids - but I do give him `marraige advice` but `me being me` it aint boring or traditional.

I say "dont marry a beautiful girl, I made that mistake and look what happened? "

I tell him `beautiful women are most likely to cheat on you" . My son "What like her and grimson?"
Me:
"Exactly"
Adding "And dont forget flemming and tibbs junior"

The fact is it was others and not me who either caught her `cheating` or tipped off the boys about her adultery.

My youngest caught her kissing flemming and `half-naked` with grimson. The father of Ross Tussaud revealed to him "your mum has been seeing my brother-in-law" (peter tibbs jnr)
And it was Princess who told Sam
"I`m going to a wedding with mum and vinnie" (Hyms)

But still she tells the court and Social Services that I turned the boys against her when the truth is I only personally told the boys one thing - that being:
"You know Aiden the taxi driver he said he saw her with grimson loads of times and that the fat pervert was all over her"

Aiden is not my mate or anything so had no reason to lie, in fact his son played football with my son at Southend.
He werent out to cause trouble and added "I should of told you but it was embarrassing and didnt want to get involved"

Back to `Marraige Guidance` with Number 1 son. I add "but dont marry some bow wow with a weight problem" and he replies "as if I would".

We laugh and I tell him " a plain fatty would be faithful - but then so would a dog"

My advice:
"marry a pretty girl with a sense of humour and a good metabolism".

But I do worry because like my youngest he`s such a `handsome sod` , father like son LOL, he has my `gift of the gab` and personality but `thank god` he`s inherited jtj`s good looks.

And its because he`s so good-looking that he does attract beautiful girls - the girls he brings home are allways `stunners` so I do have genuine concerns for the future.

I just hope that both boys choose wisely and dont get hurt.

The truth is whatever girls are lucky enough to marry my boys they will have a couple of husbands who will never cheat on them.
Both boys know adultery is wrong and neither would commit such a `crime` against the mothers of their children.

My only other advice is that when you became a dad "love your kids to bits" but dont make the mistakes I did.

When I first met jtj , the truth is it was `lust at first sight` and "love at second". I was infatuated with her - but the truth is as the kids came along I put them first.

The thing is I hadnt been a dad before and I werent sure how to deal with it. It`s like before jtj I hadnt been in love or married before - but before the kids come along I could deal with it.

But as each year passed I concentrated more on being a dad then a husband - I hope that makes sense.

I have done my best to explain to my sons.

And the fact is I do think because of how they`ve been brought up and what`s happened since 2005 they will both be "great dads".

I will make sure they read the brilliant autobiography by Larry Lamb.

My other `words of wisdom` to both boys is "remember you are marrying the girl of your dreams and not her family"

I would suggest through talking to loads of people, reading books and watching TV that most marraiges suffer because of in-laws.

The truth is you shouldnt accept them as part of the marraige package. Let`s be honest if you werent marrying their son or daughter you wouldnt be `friends` with them or have anything in common with them would you?
How many people reading this book (male or female) actually like their in-laws? I bet more then half of you dont even rate your own parents.
Am I right?

I have told both boys "When you get married your wife comes first and I will move down the pecking order"

That it how it should be. I can understand and support that 100% but genuinely dont know how to advise them when it comes to being parents.

Somehow they must get the balance right of loving their kids as much as their `other halves` and not more.
I got it wrong and put my children above everything - I willingly admit I loved them more then jtj, my parents, West Ham FC, George Best, David Bowie, Speed, The Kray Twins, Cocaine, Punk Rock, Minder and all the other `luvs of my life` put together.

I have only truly loved 4 times in my life - that being the mother of my kids and my children.

I`ve liked and like 100s of people but never `loved`.

My mum and dad, I didnt choose them, as a adult I never really loved them and cant say I really had anything in common with them.
Both were in there own different ways `very selfish` and I know they never truly `loved me` but the truth is I aint bitter cos I couldnt give a monkeys. And anyone who really knows me can confirm that is the Gospel Truth.

My happiest times were when I was `apart from them` and there`s probably when they were apart from me LOL.

The "Golden Years" for me were 1989-2005 and that is from the heart and fact - better then being a schoolboy football star, teenage tearaway, punk rocker, druggie and party animal.

And I wouldnt swap those years for anything - nothing that has happened since or happens in the future can wipe away my memories and the honour of being dad to Sam, Adam and PRINCESS.

I think my kids will make great parents and make me proud - and more important make their partners and children `happy and proud`.
