I just had a unnanounced visit from Social Services (pity they didnt turn up without any warning at 10 Carswell Gardens and catch perverted pimp richard grimson under the same roof as my daughter).
Anyway I opened the front door and it was "Hello Garry we`ve been told your on Hunger Strike".
I laughed out loud and said "do what?" I invited them into the Dining Room and on the table next to The Sun was a plate of marmite on toast, a boost bar and a cup of tea.
They started laughing as well and said "Sorry we had to check but your X informed us you was on Hunger Strike".
I said "what a load of bollocks" adding "you should of been here last night when we were watching The Apprentice as Sam and Adam `slaughtered` me for making so much noise eating my Pringles"
This was a hour ago and I`m still smiling as it confirmed once again that my x still `trawls the Internet looking to be offended`.
I have her `banged to rights` and also got another apology from Social Services. And more important I now have `concrete proof` for my legal team who will of course be contacting Social Services for a explanation of this latest `act of harrassment`.
And when Sam and Adam get in and I tell them that their former mum has reported me to Social Services for being on `Hunger Strike` they will `laugh there heads off`.

Last Friday after Adams Football Presentation the two of us went for a Indie and on Sunday the three of us had a McDonalds takeaway.
Dont know about you - but it sounds like a "pretty odd" hunger strike to me LOL. And the great thing is Social Services can confirm on-the-record that they were given `false information` by my ex-wife.

This is the long-awaited follow-up to `Basildon Babe JULIE TAYLOR JOHNSON` originally published in August 2011.
In this Chapter I review her on-screen performances in porn movies like Basildon Babe, Dressing Up And Stripping Off, Shotgate Slut, Dirty Dancing and Naked House Tour.
I held the camera, wrote the storylines and chose the costumes but Julie was the real star. I couldnt of made filthy films without her.

The end of my marraige can I believe be traced back to the evening we filmed Sex With A Stranger and for the first time involved a third party. What a past 7 days it has been. A week with so many twists and turns that holding back on publication was one of the best moves of my life.
Yesterday coz of the hot weather I had my barnet cut and would you believe broke a mirror - not me ugly mug LOL - but the girl had the left her mirror on the chair - "dont move" she said then asked "are you alright?
I was fine and didnt feel a thing.
The point of this info being she then said "Oh no were both gonna have seven years bad luck" to which I replied "not me I`ve just finished having my seven".

This weeks evcnts have proved that - not just on the legal front - but also in the wonderful & wacky world of showbiz.

I was contacted by a lady called Sam Dywer who informed me that Shane Meadows - the producer of the movie classic This Is England - is doing a film on The Stone Roses - was I interested and could I help?

So sort of been working on that this week and as a nice bonus one of my sons sold the story to the papers.

As is my way - I also used the situation to my advantage by `networking` - as I speak/write a synopsis of THE PUNK POET is on its way to Mr Meadows.

Just think if I`d published in December 2011 all this would of been missing from my autobiography.

A funny thing during my meet with Sam was her asking "have you worked on movies before?" She informed me she was involved in the Bob Marley bio-pic that was released a few weeks ago,

I said "well nothing major - but I did `star` in a TV documentary A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PUNK POET made by a Canadian TV company and I did write and direct Basildon Babe"

She said "I`ve not heard of that" - I laughed and advised she "google the title" - I said I filmed a lot of porn movies starring Basildon babe Julie Taylor Johnson between 1992-2004.

And joked "Would you like to see them?"

So so far this year my connection with The Stone Roses has opened a few doors and given me some great copy for my autobiography.

On the legal front more great news for my defamation case at The High Court - but as yet no date - which meant I could my new evidence.

Also great news on my June 30th Hearing as I obtained what can only be referred to as `Golden Bullets`.

Another great thing about delaying the publication of The Punk Poet apart from the recent legal judgements for open Hearings is the opportunity to add new information and more chapters.

The Leveson Inquiry, the official medical documents that reveal all about `itchy genitalia`, STD and the Depo-Provero birth control injections, the obtaining of police tapes and the many successful Data Access requests.
And lets not forget the vile, offensive and disgusting FB messages.

It also allows me to talk about my relationship with Fleet Street legend REBEKAH WADE.

I watched her appearance at the Leveson Inquiry and was both impressed by her performance - which was pure class - and proud to be her friend.

After watching I contacted a publisher in London and yesterday (SUNDAY) we met - I believed I had a `great story` and they agreed.

At Leveson all was revealed about Rebekah`s friendship with Tory boys Cameron and Osbourne and champagne socialist scum like Blair, Mandelson and Brown.

But I thought there is another side to Rebekah. What about the truth about her ability to relate with the common man, the underdog, the man and the woman in the street?

I told the publisher how I first met Rebekah about 3 days after she joined THE SUN - we went for a drink, then for a meal in Docklands - and for the next 20 years sho looked out for and after me.

The fact is Rebekah is not some stuck-up snob - she is a kind, caring, decent and loyal person.

As I told the publisher - I left school at 13 barely able to read or write - I did time in Remand Homes, Secure Units, Detention Centres and Borstal - yet Rebekah saw something in me.

She employed me for 20 years - and for 2 decades I was in contact with her every day except for Christmas Day.

First we spoke on the phone, then I filled her stuff, (via Cushty Copy 5), then faxed and as we entered the modern age I emailed.

I would contact her first thing in the morning at home, in her Wapping Office, at her Party Conference Hotel - even when she was staying on Murdoch`s yaucht.

For 20 years she looked after me financialy- gave me a TV Column - and one stage I was even added to the political team.

Such was her loyalty that last year - when after 20 years illness forced me to `retire` - she personally arranged a £19,000 pay-off

She was also the first to phone when I was released from Bellmarsh Prison.

The gist of my book idea is that although she mixed with Prime Ministers she also had the `common touch`.

She was also I believe 100% INNOCENT of any involvement with phone hacking - REBEKAH did not know about what happened to poor Milly Downer.

No-one should ever forget that REBEKAH set-up Sarah`s Law and exposed more paedophiles and child abusers then any other journalist.

I spoke to her many times about perverts and paedophiles and she was genuinely passionate about protecting innocent children.

She is the only female I have ever fancied who didnt have blonde hair - it was her charm, personality, kindness, sense of humour - and also her POWER that made her such a attractive person.

At The High Court in 2011 plumber Ian Puddick legally revealed all about his wife`s affair with her boss. The scorned husband and modern day hero put all the facts on the Internet and then repeated them on oath in the witness box.
I will be doing the same.

Just back home and what a welcome - as on the kitchen table is a pile of unopened mail - included with the red letter bills, medical letters is a number relating to `Operation Trojan Horse`.The content convinces me I was correct in holding back on the publication of The Punk Poet.

Letter 1:

A sealed document from the Court that states:

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. This being a claim for defamation. It shall be transferred immediately to High Court of Justice (Queen`s Bench Division) Royal Courts of Justice Strand London.

2. The High Court is requested to refer the file immediately on receipt to the Judge in charge of the Jury List

A Jury List - does that mean the case will be heard by 12 members of the Great British public?

I already knew the Hearing would be open to the public and the media but having a Jury would be like the icing on the cake.

As with the case of Ian Puddick I can now reveal everything in court about my divorce and the behaviour of my ex-wife and her perverted boyfriend Richard Grimson.

I will swear the oath and put everything on-the-record. I will rely on police evidence, legal documents and various official statements/reports/files that confirm grimson was a verbal sexual child abuser - as he admitted himself to the police.

I will also be able to tell the truth about Julie`s porn career as I now have tapes of my recorded police interviews.

I will be able to repeat the claims made in my 19-page statement that I handed to the Court and `the other side` in March 2012.

Plus the latest documents from the Inland Revenue, Child Benefit, CSA, Basildon Council Fraud Department confirming that I was "not guilty" of any of the false and malicious allegations made by the Defendant.

As this case is not connected to the Family Proceedings all those involved will be named in the reporting of the Hearing.

Yesterday was bizarre on many levels. As part of project `Trojan Horse` I went through the motions of seeing my counseller, turning on the charm and using my `gift of the gab`.

I explained that I considered Social Workers and Fosters Carers as corrupt. But she wouldnt have it and suggested I would make a great Support Worker.
She then said "Your next meeting with me is in 2 weeks but I want you to come and see me next week to discuss a formal job application".
I`m now beginning to panic thinking `me and my big mouth` saying "but I aint got no qualifications". She replied "not a problem, with your background of being in care, in trouble, working in the music business, they will relate to you".

I now have the ammo to land more punches then Sugar Ray Leonard with more knockouts then Iron Mike Tyson.

Although pleased with `Operation Trojan Horse` the fact is getting the April 11th case transferred from Southend to The High Court has once again delayed the publication of The Cockney Rebel.
So I am torn between going `early` and adding a update - or for now turning my story into a reality-based novel.
The fact is if I dont get a result of my April 11th slander case at The High Court - I will then challenge the verdict at The Court of Appeal.
I`ve been told this could take 12 months. Plus I have 3 other cases currently progressing in Essex - two at Southend County Court and one in Basildon.
And lets not forget `the big one` slowly making its way through The European Courts Of Human Rights.
So do I publish COCKNEY REBEL with what I`ve got - and update it later - or turn my real-life reality soap opera into a novel?

Project Trojan Horse

Friday the 13th. Today I put into action another part of the `Trojan Horse` project - although sort of seperate to the proceedings of April 11th - it is linked.
For the first time I listened to the legal advice of others and visited a counsellor - and it was to be honest a `piece of cake`.
All I had to do was talk about myself - it was me, me, me for 90 minutes LOL. It was free of charge - paid for by the state and although I went for a laugh to `play the game` so to speak - I sort of enjoyed it - so much so that I`m going again in 2 weeks.
The woman was a University Graduate - but she wasnt some stuck-up snob or loonie leftie - she was a nice black lady with almost a Cockney accent.
She loved Punk Rock - had heard of me and read The Punk Poet - she had researched me on line.
It was brilliant and we got on like a `house on fire` even though she revealed she was a Spurs supporter.

Just back from London reporting on and celebrating this morning`s massive Court victory at Southend.

I was granted permission to take my case to The High Court which means everything will now be out in the open and on-the-record.


The truth can now be told about Julie Taylor Johnson. In this Chapter I wont just quote directly from my Statement.


I will publish it `word for word`. No wonder my ex-wife who has read my Statement and seen the evidence was against a Hearing in The High Court.

Like me she knows the days of `cover-ups` behind closed doors are over. My claim for slander is not protected by or connected to Family Proceedings.

This time to use a football analogy its Premier League rather then Conference.


It is all about her false allegations to the police, CSA and Inland Revenue. The days of telling lies and spreading rumours are over.

I will tell how she LIED to the police in 2010 about me sending pornographic pictures of herself to the police.

As I say in my Statement - two police officers in front of my solocitor Ian Ashby - put naked porno pictures of Julie on a desk and asked "Do you recognise the women in the photos?".

I replied: "Of course I do I was married to her for 15 years".

One of the cops said: "Ms Johnson claims you sent them to her". I replied: "I admit I took the pictures of Julie but I did not send them to her"

Adding; "I took loads of porno pictures and filmed her for 12 years...but it was always with her consent.
I have never denied that we made porn films together...I have always admitted to writing the scripts...filming and directing all the porno movies she appeared in...but I never sent them pictures to her."

My statement will confirm that the police found me "not guilty" of sending the porno pictures and my solicitor at first suggested I sue the police for wrongful arrest - but after talking to the police I was advised to start Private Proceedings against my ex-wife.

I will print the letter sent to the court by my solicitors Nelson Guest.

The statement also reveals how my ex-wife made further `false allegations` to the CSA, Basildon Council and the Inland Revenue in both 2011 and 2012.

My evidence includes official documents that not only `cleared me` of every single false allegation - but because I had actually underclaimed various payments were back-dated in my favour.

No wonder my ex was not happy about a High Court Hearing - as the evidence against her is both compelling and damning.

I can only guess that it did not make enjoyable reading. The fact is the truth always comes out in the end.

My 16-page Statement and 19 exhibits of evidence have made sure of that.

The porno movies, the polaroid pictures, the revelations of Emma Murray, Nick Lightbown and Zoe Anderson can not be ignored.

My solicitor said about me in a letter - that today was included in my evidence. Nelson Guest wrote after Julie`s 2010 false allegations that I was connected to a incident involving her pornographic pictures.

"We can tell you that our involvement in this matter was to act on Mr Johnson`s behalf when he was arrested in relation to allegations made by his ex-wife...we can tell you that following a police investigation...the allegations were for want of a better way of putting it malicious on the part of her.
Mr Johnson has not been subject to any prosecution and it is quite clear that the matter was for want of a better expression, manipulated by her to reflect upon him but that he had in fact not done anything which could or should be regarded as being wrong"

As I stated in my evidence and repeat now - how can a woman sink so low - to handover pornographic pictures of herself to complete strangers - just to try and `stitch-up` a innocent man?

What drives such a person - where was her self-respect?

In 2011 and 2012 she lied to various national and local government departments that I had £30,000 in my account.

This allegation was investigated and once again I was cleared of all charges. The latest in a succession of "not guilty" verdicts.

I am now so glad that I held back on the publication of Cockney Rebel as I can now update my involvement with rock legends THE STONE ROSES.

A new book by writer John Robb has just been published and not only do I feature I am also pictured with the band on page 253.

The favourite quote about me is on page 122:

Monday March 26th 2012

A court order has just dropped through the letter box so I can now reveal why the publication of Cockney Rebel has been delayed since 15 December 2011.
I`ve been waiting for news that relates to the re-writing of the final chapter. I now have the required information.

The letter from the court confirms my Hearing will be at Southend County Court on 11 April 2012 at 10:am.

It also provides the following facts.
a) Civil hearings are open to the public
b) They are also open to the media as long as they have a press pass.

Princess Diana and Me

I never met Diana but I name this Chapter after her for two reasons, it guarantees a prime spot on Google and as with her there were others involved in my marraige.
Diana had to put up with Camilla and I had to cope with neo nazi in-laws, ginger slag Sally Griffin who looked like a horse and my own parents.
They all conspired to destroy my marraige. The Taylor family hated me from day one, her best friend Ginger encouraged Julie to cheat and provided alibis and my own parents and their partners were jealous because I was truly happy.
If we`d both been orphans, moved to Norfolk or emigrated to Australia we`d still be married now.
It was `outside forces` that destroyed our marriage an alliance of the ginger slag and perverted Richard Grimson.
The foul-mouthed pondlife encouraged Julie to break-up her family and set up home with the borderline paedophile.
My own parents - my mum and her second husband - never really liked me or Julie - and looking back I can see that.
They were jealous of me having a beautiful wife, lovely kids and a nice house. The truth is before I became a husband and a dad they didnt want to know me. I was NEVER invited to any of there family gatherings - but from memory - not long after I was engaged - I was for the first time invited to one of there family parties in Barking.
I wasnt `smart enough` or `clued up` to realise what was going on. The same goes for Christmas before I got engaged or married I only spent one Christmas with my mum and her second husband.
Just one Xmas since the age of 12. I cant remember the year I went to Cheshire with the Prevost family and my Uncle Johnny - but I do know that it was so stressful that I went out on Christmas Eve met some local girl in a pub and didnt return until Boxing Day.
Looking back its weird - but I only spent one Xmas with my dad after his divorce and before I got married.
Again I cant remember the year - I think I was 18 or 19 - a load of us had booked into a hotel in Margate or Ramsgate for 3 days and this time I went to a local nightclub on Xmas Eve - met a girl and didnt return until late Christmas Day.
It werent just cos these girls were drop dead gorgeous - I cant even remember their names or what they looked like - but they must of been blonde.
I think I understand now that I couldnt face Xmas Day with the partners of my parents - they werent my relations - they werent blood relatives - they were fuck all to do with me - so why should I like them?
But once I was engaged/married and then became a dad - I came in from the cold - I suddenly became their son again.
If only I knew what I know now - if only I had been stronger and not a big softie - but the truth is I tried to re-create my past.
The last time I celebrated Xmas with my `proper parents` I was 12 and looking back I can see I sort of changed when I was in their company.
I almost became a teenager again because I wanted to please them. I wanted everything to be perfect - but part of me resented them and the older my own kids got the more my resentment grew.

A follow-up to They Tried To Break Me (May 2011).

Since October 2011 I have been investigated by the CSA, Child Benefit and the Inland Revenue. They were all acting on false information given by my ex-wife.
I was accused of receiving and hiding £30,000 in a secret third party bank account but was found "not guilty".

As in May 2011 she failed to break me. I can reveal this because in October 2011 I was given legal permission to write my official autobiography as long as I didnt mention a certain novel or porno movie starring my ex-wife.

There is no ban or gagging order on my book Cockney Rebel or her porn movie Basildon Babe....or naming any of the others.
I can also reveal all about her past as a pub stripper...and according to her perverted boyfriend richard grimson of 40 Hyde Way Wickford...the former pimp...also persuaded her to pose for porno pictures and to consider becoming a Escort...

So I am free to add everything about the recent false allegations.

European Court of Human Rights

I now have 2 cases due to be heard in The European Court of Human Rights.

It has taken 3 years but at long last things are moving in Strasbourg as I just got a letter from the Council of Europe Registrar at the European Court of Human Rights.

They must of been impressed with my latest bundle of evidence which included the revelation that no Threshold Criteria Document was ever written or submitted to the court by the Local Authority.

It also included newspaper clippings and the views of a Lord Justice who stated on-the-record that previous Judgements had been "flawed".

According to a journalist from my local paper once my case is heard in Europe my `miscarraige of justice` will be reported on both TV and Radio.

I like the Lawrence Family, Ian Puddick and the parents of those 2 teenage girls killed at the level crossing in Essex have proved that if you have "right on your side" that you must never give up.

You have a duty to both yourself and your family.

Those who tried to silence me didnt know my character. I always knew that one day the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth would come out.

What A Small World

Will the fall-out from my divorce and Julie`s serial adultery last forever? I ask because on Monday Sam was rushed to Basildon Hospital and remains there in a isolation room - though `thanx God` he is no longer in danger - as I got him there in time - another 48 hours and the doctors said his condition would of been critical.

So what has this got to do with October 2004 and grimson, flemming and Tibbs?

When we arrived at Basildon Hospital - Sam was in a very bad way - he was deathly white and had lost over a stone in just under a month.

But he still had his wits about him. As we waited to see a doctor he said "Do you know who that is?"

He then pointed at one of the nurses but I didnt have a clue who she was.

Sam said "She`s tibbs`s sister, it was her old man that I hit"

Adding:

"You watch I bet she`ll tell her (jtj) that I`m in here"

I tried to reassure him saying "No she wont they aint allowed to talk about patients cos its confidential"

But just to be on the safe side I approached a senior member of staff and asked "can I have a word in private?"

I was taken to a side room while Sam was being examined and said "I`m worried about that nurse discussing my son with one of her friends"

She asked why?

I explained that my ex-wife had a affair with the brother of the nurse and that I was concerned about her revealing private details.

The lady asked "what is the name of your ex-wife?"

I said "Julie Johnson"

She told me to wait and I watched as she had a word with nurse maxine tussaud - she returned saying "Dont worry I have told her not to tell your ex-wife that your son is a patient and is being admitted"

Sam was still not happy and I dont know if he was more nervous about going into theatre or my ex-wife turning up at visiting time.

I trusted the member of staff who gave me her word that tussauds wouldnt reveal confidential information to a third party - but to be on the safe side when we got to the ward I had a word with the staff nurse and gave her a description of my ex-wife.

She promised to pass on my concerns to other members of staff.

As luck would have it Sam ended up in a private room at the end of the ward so was both isolated and safe.

But for how much longer will Julie`s serial adultery continue to infringe on the lives of Sam and Adam?

Last year it was Adam who was the `innocent victim` of her sleeping around. He was playing in his second trial match to get an apprenticship with Chelmsford.

A week earlier he had `stood out` but this time one of those judging him was a friend of her ex-lover & Southend trainer Ian Flemming.

Before the match he approached Adam and said "I know who you are" adding "I remember you from Southend".

Needless to say he gave Adam a `low mark` and when I complained to the club it was too late and the damage had been done.

They apologised and promised - as long as he turned up fit for the next Apprenticeships Trials in March 2012 that he would be offered a place - and they have kept their word.
