The Official Medical Records of JULIE TAYLOR JOHNSON make the following claims I make about her medical history 100% fact so dont "shoot the messenger" I am only repeating what they state.
They are 100% proof of Adultery by Julie Taylor Johnson and of catching a sexual disease from her perverted boyfriend richard grimson.
And if anyone wishes to question the authenticity of the Medical Records I am 100% happy for them to be examined by the police, BMA or any other organisation.
The truth is they are official, legal and kosher medical documents handed over to me in a Legal Bundle by my solicitor.
Herpes, HVS and Depo Provera.
I now have official medical records so I can talk with authority. The most important date is 12th November 2004.
As these are just extracts fom The Punk Poet I can edit and change the content - so my views do differ from the printed version of the book.
In The Punk Poet I state many times that my ex-wife was the `love of my life` and the `nicest person I had ever met`.
I now withdraw those comments as I have completely changed my stance - it is too late to edit the book as it has already been printed - but at least in the extracts I can put the record straight.
I now believe my marraige was a sham and that neither of us ever loved each other. The medical records revealing the extent of her betrayal and the `sexual disease` she contracted 8 months before she left have removed the rose-coloured spectacles that I wore when looking back on our 15-year marraige.
Apart from my three children I now have absolutely no fond memories of our relationship and honestly wish I had never met Julie Johnson.
The opening line in her medical records stating "Itchy mark over genitals" wiped from my mind every happy moment from our 15-year-marraige.
I now know all about her Herpes, the HVS and `sexually transmitted disease` and the name of her medication and details of her treatment.
Other dates 16th December 2004 and Jan 11th 2005 - we are talking injections of Depo Provera 150mg/mi and 150mg.syringe.
All this confirms adultery.
And there is more. I was with Julie for 15 years and during that time she never had birth control injections.
She was on the pill when we first met and twice tried it during our marraige - but always stopped because she was worried about getting fat.
Julie was always obsessed with staying slim and hated the idea of being fat - but she always surrounded herself with fat ugly women.
Her friends were always plain, dowdy or dog ugly. Her best friend Sally `the ginger mongrel` Prevost was so ugly she should of worn a Burkha 24/7.
She was/is the ugliest ginger slut on the planet. Fat arse, vile mouth and spam legs no wonder white muslim pj wellings slept with it.
He was always attracted to free drink and bow wows.
I mention this because although Julie was `stunning` - she looked like Paty Kensit and even now looks like Ulrika Jonson - she was always `nervous` around other attractive women so surrounded herself with `fat slags` or foul-mouthed dogs.
And still does as the women she `hangs out` with now are a combination of `roly-poly`s` and `butch-looking dykes`.
Julie loves to stand out in a crowd and loves to be the centre of attention and she does this by surrounding herself with fat or dog ugly friends.
Back to contraception. We used other methods - I know I`m half Irish and half Catholic - but I preferred sex to being a `practising Catholic`.
And when no condoms were used Julie liked me to withdraw just before I cum which is why we had so much oral sex - as she would say "you cant get pregnant by swallowing".
She also had a chart and made dates on the calender when she was least likely to get pregnant - when it was safe not to use condoms.

Remember I always said on oath in court, wrote in part one of THE PUNK POET and in earlier extracts from The Punk Poet that grimson had some kind of hold over her.
I hinted that he knew about her 6-8 weeks as a pub stripper and was blackmailing her. And the pervert himself boasted he took `SEXY SNAPS` on his mobile at 10 Carswell Gardens and 40 Hyde Way Wickford while she slept.
I now believe that as well as using `force` grimson threatened to tell all about her `medical condition` - the one I mention and also the `medical condition` I am saving for the book.
These are just extracts and the whole story appears in the book.
The next few paragraphs are not a re-write of history as I stated the following earlier in the book and on oath in court throughout 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009.
My suspicions also feature in the first edition of The Punk Poet which was published in 2006 - so I am not `twisting words` and more importantly "not lying".
As I said in court before Julie left in June 2005 - we had only had sexual intercouse about twice since October 2004 - and for the last time about 3 days before she left.
I signed statements and stood up in court - even though it was embarrassing I admitted the following "Due to stress and money worries I could not perform in the bedroom department" - that was my exact quote.

It also reveals Julie started having Birth Control injections 7 months before she left me - now why would a women who was not having sex with her husband be having Depo Prevero injections?
And how would she contract a `sexually transmitted disease` if she wasnt cheating on her husband?

I am tempted to get copies of all her porn pictures and plaster them all over Basildon, Wickford and the Internet.

I have not told my sons about any of this. One is too young and the other would be angry - so I have photocopied all the medical documents and put them in envolopes.
They will get a copy when older - I also have a copy for my daughter to be opened on her 18th birthday.
How my eldest will react is a `worry` but he will be a young man - not a child - and deserves to know the truth.
It will further confirm that he and his brother ended up in care because of her adultery and lies.
The only good thing about the medical records is that it further proves that I have told the 100% truth from Day One.
These are just extracts but when published The Punk Poet will be crammed with all the evidence and copies of the medical records.
