Conspiracy Theory
As I will ask in PUNK STORIES AND TABLOID TALES why did Essex County Council Social Services suddenly decide to ADMIT they got it wrong? I am not a conspiracy character by nature...but you decide. The letter is dated 19th December 2013 and at that time I was in a coma and on a life support machine. Were Essex Social Services hoping I would not survive and that the scandal would remain a secret? When the book is published how will they explain the delay in admitting their guilt?
